Bring in the magic with our last event of the year.Â
Expect beautiful sound healing from our resident sound wizard Dave, meditation and our very own cacao ceremony from Lianne and Tom.
Because its close to christmas expect a Christmassy theme and mince pies. Â
What you'll need to bring:
Yoga/exercise mat
Bottle of water
Blanket just for a little extra comfort during the sound healing session.
