A Gentle Reset for Body, Mind & Soul
Join us for a calming, restorative afternoon of stillness, breath, gentle movement, and heart-opening cacao.
This healing sanctuary is designed to help you slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. Guided by Lianne, Tom and Dave, you’ll be gently led through a powerful yet peaceful experience that combines therapeutic breathwork, calming meditation, subtle somatic practices, and the grounding ritual of ceremonial cacao.
